QB-100 Immunofluorescence Quantitative Analyzer
Clinical Application
POCT immunoassay analyzer is used for in vitro detection of human serum/plasma/ whole blood/urine samples in hospital, assisting clinical diagnosis of myocardial infarction, myocardial injury, heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, cardiovascular inflammation, venous thromboembolism, inflammation, bacterial/viral infection identification, neonatal sepsis, acute and chronic kidney disease, also routine early detection and early treatment of kidney injury, diabetes and other diseases.
Test Items
The POCT immunoassay analyzer is equipped with a dedicated kit for the quantitative content detection of cTnI, Myo, CK-MB, D-Dimer, β2-HCG, Prog, PCT, hs-CRP, U-CRP in human whole blood/serum/plasma/urine. The test results are used to aid clinical diagnosis.
Test Principle
The measurement system of the POCT immunoassay analyzer instrument uses the excitation light to scan the label and the analyte binding region to obtain the concentration signal, and then analyzes the concentration signal to quantitatively analyze the target analyte, using only one-step method. Whole blood/serum/plasma/urine provides rapid quantitative results.
Advantages:
1. Compact and easy to move
2. Short detection cycle with only 10s
3. Simple operation, quantitative detection
4. Automatic detection, automatic printing
5. Automatic project identification, reliable performance
6. High detection accuracy, CV<1%
7.Support the LIS/HIS system
